Yesterday was a brutal and slightly stressful day, while the movers were wrapping and consolidating our tables and shelves, we were still contributing to the pile of goods. On 4 hours of nap our zombie like movements were norm.
TK and Gabe and Atty stopped by and hung out with us once the movers left and landlord came in. They took some food and our compost box and helped us around with cleanup. I may or may not have allowed the little one to run around dangerous stairs.
Landlord was very easy going, even said he'll reimburse our last two weeks of rent, which i didn't expect, so that was a pleasant addition.
All in all, We learned many things, but we made it through and everything worked out.
Once at moms in Greenwich, wine and beer and homemade food and great company made everything better. A big help especially was full nights sleep.
Mileage, both literal, emotional and intellectual, will increase :)
