Raining

Our place is a slight mess which is nothing new. 2nd day of Tag Sale came and went, and now there are mere days left until our departure. Things are getting to become quite real. It is Monday, which means after today, Michelle has just one more shift left with Bridgeport Hospital. I have officially finished with teaching science last week, but need few more hours of finishing up reports and couple more sessions of tutoring.
Sunday evening was spent with few good friends at a BBQ. Michelle dove into swimming pool more than a dozen time, enjoying refreshing water after a day's worth of work. Brews and burgers and conversations tied few high school friends together. Conversations touched up on the future between Michelle and I, namely marriage. Are our friends really that antsy about being invited to the largest rager of their life time, which they will only remember based on pictures and videos? Maybe. In any case, the power couple has still some time to trek to that destination, and we are on the same page regarding priorities.
Now the real preparation for adventure begins - packing our crap. A decent number of boxes have been already stuffed with... stuff. In mail today we got our Trip Tix and EZ Pass. Brought some oil/coolants back to Autozone. Also sent in license plates and asked the mail to be held in at post office. Chipping away little tasks prior to our amazing adventure.

Sorry for this boring, humor-free, vegan post. At least I have a mustache:
